Shipping Policy:
Customs Taxes:
When ordering goods, please note that import duties and taxes may be incurred once they reach the destination country. Birgamo is not responsible for these charges and does not make any calculations or estimates in this regard. The recipient of the parcel is responsible for paying these charges. For international buyers, it is recommended to contact local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the goods, you are also the importer of record and should ensure that your purchase complies with the laws of the destination country. Please note that goods may be inspected upon arrival at the port for customs purposes, and Birgamo cannot guarantee that the packaging will be free of signs of tampering.
If import duties and taxes are incurred, you will not receive your parcel until these charges are paid. If payment is not made, the parcel will be held by local customs for approximately 3 weeks. After this period, if payment is still not made, the parcel will be returned to Birgamo. In such cases, Birgamo will refund your order, but the import duties and taxes will be deducted from the refund. Please note that Birgamo is not responsible for refunding any import duties and taxes incurred.
